Hi, Clifford here. I'm looking for some keyboard/synth players who'd be interested in becoming close friends, and helping me recreate some of my favorite songs, both dance-pop and ballads, and of course, create some original songs.

This is meant to be a leisure project, so you need to keep your part-time job. This is not for the musicians who are ready to do gigs either. This is for the musicians who are still learning, and who maybe want to hone a skill.

I'm looking for a keyboard player who's a little more advanced than me. Someone who has a computer with some good recording software (both MIDI recording and audio) along with some advanced keyboards I can play on.

Someone who can show me how to use certain sounds and voices to their optimally, and play around with post-production effects as well.

Look here holmes, people here are tired of you polluting our board with this non-stop bullshite. Find somewhere else to play, like maybe in traffic...

7 threads in 3 days, one of which was whacked because you asked to see the posters who were being mean to you, and the purpose misuse of the quote function on TD's bigger alter-fested board

Nothing to see here

ETA: Just saw your gay partner thread

Why do you guys feel the need to combine my music, and the fact that I'm gay? SEPARATE the two.

And again, with that, where are the fellow keyboard, and synth players? The ones who are into a variety of pop and rock from the 80s, 90s, 20000s, and this decade?

Here is a list of SOME of the artists I'm into:

Madonna, Richard Marx, Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Mariah Carey, NSYNC, Adam Lambert, Kris Allen, David Archuleta, David Cook, Daughtry, Kelly Clarkson, Pink, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, John Mayer, Jason Mraz, Matt Nathanson, Lifehouse, Maroon 5, The Script, Coldplay, Dashboard Confessional, Jimmy Eat World, Sam Smith, and Adele

Again, READ the entire list there. And take note that I'm a very talented guy who has perfect pitch. And take note that it's not all "soft" stuff.

Also this should be understood, but I have to spell out everything to people like you, but another side thing with this was to help each other make new discoveries, whether this is discovering an older music, or explorisng stuff in the indie scene, among other things.

How about some Neil Young, Cliff? We seem to have similar musical tastes. I play drums, so we would need a good rhythm guitar player so we can jam some time. Do you have a studio or garage we could set up?
My Neil Young Cover

I have a bunch of old retro video games we could play too. Super Nintendo, Sega, Turbografx, etc.

Keyboard players ONLY right now. Where are the keyboard players?

And where are those who are more into the artists I listed above? This is about connecting with guys around my age who are more into that stuff. Not someone who plays what's typical in the Baton Rouge music scene.

This is for the nerdy musicians. The ones who aren't one trick ponies, who play only folk music, grunge, and heavy metal. This is for the guys who have a feminine side to speak.

Exploring some Neil Young or any artist I'm not familar with would be something for later. Don't pretend to be interested, and then change your instrument, and genre on me like that.

That's RUDE and ugly!

Um, if you are interested, we would have to set up at your place. It CANNOT take place at mine.

I'm looking for this guy to be a loving mentor figure as well.
