Possibly..if we are talking downright guitar playing,but PF has the elements of suspense and drama that LZ never matched ( not saying that they even tried)

I love PF,and it could be great if Country Music had something similar.An act that could defy the 3 minute song format.( I try, I really do)

PF isn't really always Rock and Roll though,they go way beyond it sometimes. They dive deep.
LZ is pure Rock and Roll,and that's what it's all about.Yeah, they had some stuff that was cheesily over produced,to try and give off that feeling,but at it's core LZ is rock.

That's a cool cover..but I'm not talking about covers at all,really, I guess it's about more freedom of form. Country music is very rigid about form,so much so,that they actually killed real country music,and now are going the wrong direction IMHO.
They ignored the real talent,choosing to continue with acts that could be packaged easily.
