But I still haven't found a record player that is both the style an price I want. Ideas?
I'm looking for a more vintage player. I would love to get the furniture size players that is built inside. I've been looking on Craigslist and local thrift stores with little luck.

Keep at it, probably your best bet for the style you were mentioning.

Just look on craigslist and do some research. You can usually snag a decent one for under $100. I got one from the 70's or 80's for $20. It was in the original box and had never been used or opened. It works great!

I got one this weekend. Check garage sales and electronics on craigslist. I picked up a nice one with an amp and Dr. Dre Chronic album for $40.
