Security was awful. Maybe the worst I've ever seen. There was a fistfight on the floor during Obituary, two dudes were literally on the ground punching each other and security never stepped in or did anything about it.
During Cannibal Corpse, security came out in the crowd several times to try to get people to calm down. No punches or fighting, just the normal moshing. That wasn't ok but fighting was.

Yeah I would guess they maybe weren't quite sure how to handle it? I'm assuming this was about the heaviest show ever at The Varsity. Would that be correct?

Would LOVE to have been there. Still kinda intrigues me when groups like this swing through Baton Rouge. I saw the first show of the tour in Atlanta and it was absolutely killer. That was just over a month ago and tour is already done, though they did hit pretty much every region of the country.
