Despite Bob's talent, I'd rather not have a Phish w/ Weir tour. I don't see how they would even agree to it.

What would be the point? Phish guest sit ins are overwhelmingly disappointing. Outside of Neil Young's sit in for Farm Aid 98 (which was fricking awesome) it is a whole lot of meh. Derek Trucks also had a pretty good guest at a summer 99 show.

Pretty sure Phish wouldn't let that old burnout hack anywhere near the stage with them
If GD50 proved anything, it proved Phish's arguably worst member in 3.0 (Trey) is still miles better than anything lolGD can wheelchair out there anymore

I hope not. Phish's greatness is based around their symbiotic dynamic. They feed off of each other and are basically one musical mind and have been so for 30+ years. I'd love to see Weir come out for a couple songs one set, but you can't mess with that core.

Would rather see Bob play an acoustic set solo and then sit in for a song or two. I don't think two sets of Weir + Phish would be such a good idea. Fishman would drive Bob insane.
