Don't like them, you say? The problem is YOU.

Second best song of all time

This ain't too shabby, either

I agree. The problem is THEM. Neverthless, you have forgotten quite a few tracks that are better than both of those:

"Never Let Me Down Again"

"It's No Good"

"Personal Jesus"

"All Things Count"

"A Question of Lust"

"I Feel You"

To this day, they are the best live show I have ever witnessed. 1998 -- damn good show at Reunion Arena in Dallas, TX.

I saw them on that tour in NOLA in 1998. Incredible. I still listen to the Depeche Mode 101 live album that was recorded at the Rose Bowl. I was at a UCLA game about 11 years ago & all I could think about was all the concerts that happened there. Great stadium.

Seen them every tour since World Violation tour. Have been my favorite band since age 13 (Black Celebration)

I've had the pleasure of bringing my children and nephew to the last two tours in Houston. They peaked for me with Songs of Faith and Devotion, but their average stuff is way better than some of the garbage out there now. Excited to hear that the are currently writing for yet another album. I think they got one great one left in them and possibly a last tour. They are in their early 50's now but still bring it LIVE.

They are definitely a guilty pleasure of mine although there should be absolutely no guilt involved as they legitimately rock. Have never seen them live but would love to. You only have to YouTube a couple of their songs played live to appreciate how great theyou are live. Listen to the live version of Enjoy the Silence in Barcelona, Never Let Me Down (in Paris), and Everything Counts (Rose Bowl) and you'll be blown away.

Likely my favorite band as well. Saw every tour from Black Celebration at Astroworld to Songs of Faith and Devotion. Not close to the same band since Alan Wilder left. My favorite album is Black Celebration but in context, Construction Time Again and Some Great Reward were revolutionary and amazing albums.

My favorite song is Get the Balance Right (Combination Mix). Simply incredible. Get The Balance Right

I like almost every single thing they've put out from Speak and Spell to Songs of Faith and Devotion.

My buddy has a concert poster from that Black Celebration tour at Astroworld. Actually, Astroworld had some pretty good shows in the 80's. I've seen New Order and Peter Murphy there.

Black Celebration is far and away my favorite. I wasn't a huge fan of violator but I saw them at the Woodlands and that live version of Clean was pretty freaking awesome.
