nah, it's just that as Eno's early stuff evolved into his more experimental ambient phase, you can hear(at least I can) a lot of similar instrumentation that Kraftwerk would use, in fact I think Eno/Fripp and Kraftwerk would borrow heavily from the influence of each other.
