I took a dump yesterday that had staying power.

It was still a log of shite.

At least sublime had an incredibly gifted singer and some great melodies.

If my great grandkids hear "What I Got", "Doin' Time", or "Caress Me Down" (to name a few), I guaran-goddamn-tee they'll like them. Timeless songs. Good songs.

At present, every song ever made by 311 sounds just slightly worse than the sound my dick makes when I get it slapping side to side against my thighs.

Sublime was mostly a cover band on their albums.

Covers
"What I Got" is based on Half Pint's "Loving" and features a similar melody to The Beatles's Lady Madonna.[2][3][4]
Sublime also covers Bob Marley's 1965 song "Jailhouse", combining it with a partial cover of Tenor Saw's "Roll Call" in "Jailhouse".[5]
"Pawn Shop" is a cover of The Wailing Souls's 1984 song "War Deh Round a John Shop".[6]
"The Ballad of Johnny Butt" is largely a cover of a Secret Hate song from their Vegetables Dancing + Live & More album.[7]
Additionally, "Doin' Time" is a loose cover of the Jazz standard "Summertime" by George Gershwin.[8]
"Get Ready" is largely based on Frankie Paul's 1987 single of the same name."Smoke Two Joints" (by The Toyes)
"We're Only Gonna Die" (by Bad Religion)
"54-46 That's My Number" (by Toots & the Maytals)
"Scarlet Begonias" (by Grateful Dead)
"Rivers of Babylon" (by The Melodians)
"Hope" (by the Descendents)

Sublime. I just don't see the appeal of 311. Don't like their music at all.

You don't know what a cover song is.

What I Got is not a cover.

Doin' Time is not a cover.

Pawn Shop is a not a cover.

I didn't listen to the rest as you had lost all credibility.
