Eric Johanson is a great musician from New Orleans. The last I heard, he was living in New Zealand after his home and studio were destroyed by Katrina.

Awesome to see someone else who know's of Eric's work. I've listened to him since high school, which was long long ago. Love Emptyself and Cire. In both of his projects, for the most part, he did all the instruments and recording. Pretty awesome.
He's doing a blues project now, but wish he would do some more with these. Also, I think he is back in N.O, when he's not traveling with some of the blues groups he was working with
