If you can't see the greatness in this then you have problems. Lombardo is one the best of all time. Why they let him go makes no sense.

Lombardo is my favorite drummer of all time. Slayer fricked him over, but I can't help but think what he could have done for Metallica in the last 20+ years, since his first exit from Slayer, and when Lars quit caring.

Dave has played a wide variety of styles in his day, like different types of metal, also jazz, and latin.

That's good to know. And by the way, I wasn't trying to belittle the talent needed to play the heavy stuff. It's all just very syncopated with a heavy emphasis on the 2 and 4.
