Just discovered this band and I am so impressed. They sound like Joy Division.

I really dig Oshin
I have their new album on vinyl but haven't given it a spin yet. One complaint I have of them is they sort of lean on the same sound too much.
I love the dream pop/shoegaze sound they have, but it would be interesting to hear them clean it up a bit

DIIV is solid guitar music. The new album isn't bad but Zachary Cole Smith promised a new sound and it's basically Oshin 2.0.

DIIV has decent stuff but the lead singer thinks he's Kurt Cobain or some shite. They're the definition of okay.

Finally got around to listening to their new album today. Really enjoying it though I do agree they lean on the same sound a little too much. Saw they announced a tour today and will try and check them out in Atlanta.
