A friend sent me some tracks from Dave Brubek's "White House Sessions." Strong stuff, I especially like "Nomad."

Kafka, in that other link, you discussed Bill Evans and the fact that he had Louisiana roots. I had a neighbor give me a collection of old jazz records, and he had quite a bit of Bill Evans on the Verve and Fantasy labels. I really like Evans' jazz (like my neighbor, I enjoy jazz piano).
