I never refer to it as the "best" in threads like these because it's such a matter of opinion. With that said, I will say that my favorite is Dead Skin Mask.

Toss up between Raining Blood and South of Heaven. Listened to both yesterday, and they are about the only Slayer songs I enjoy. And I love music like Anthrax, Pantera, Megadeath - just never could get into Slayer much. But those two songs are as good as anything out there.
