Maybe not the best vocalist but anyone who disputes him being the best frontman is either disingenuous or too young to remember late 70's/early 80's Van Halen. Diamond Dave was the epitome of a rock star.
Yes. He's the best front-man ever. And his vocals were fine. I think the best singers are the ones without a perfect voice. I like Robert Plant and his voice is great and he can hit all the high notes, but I prefer an imperfect voice like a DLR or Neil Young.

Mick Jagger
Jagger is probably the most famous front man but isn’t even in the top 20 as a singer. Although his voice fits the Stones gritty blues sound very well.

Is she is a Contralto which is a very rare female voice type. The lowest female voice type.
Her vocal range is B2-F6.

Love these choices^^^^
I’m gonna stick with Stevie as best female.
But I gotta give it to Vedder cuz he’s also great front man and he was also able to make it out of the grunge era alive

Michael Buble? That is an odd choice.

I could see Reba sing the blues but she would be out of place in a rock band.
I don't believe her voice is a right fit for that genre.
