Are we talking about songs to play on the jukebox at a bar, or songs about bars?
If the former,
Dinosaur--hank Jr
Anything by CCR (Susie q, born on the bayou)
Surf Medley--Junior Brown
Foreplay/Long Time--Boston
(The last two are quite long, and allow you get get your money's worth at the jukebox)
If the latter,
The Chair--George Strait
Misery and Gin--Merle
Devils Backbone Highway--Todd Snider

"Friends in Low Places" seems to be an anthem played at MANY establishments - down South anyway.

What type of setting? A shithole at 1:30 am where I want to rub my junk all over a hot Cajun girl? Then I'd go with Wet Willie - Keep On Smilin'. Just shooting a game of pool - some SRV slow blues like The Sky is Crying. Just sitting at the bar drinking and taking a few shots - something like "Up On Cripple Creek" by The Band.
