Beck: Morning Phase

It is pretty good...but I prefer funky/hip hop/alternative Beck rather than acoustic. It does show how versatile he is.

been waiting for him to revisit his "sea change," sad bastard side. very excited. his last couple have been pretty boring.

I haven't listened to the whole lp, but what you posted is pretty boring.

I actually think it is more comparable to Mutations, which is obviously a great thing as well.
Now that I think about it though, I think it's a great combination of both records.
Sea Change and Mutations are my favorites, so I am obviously enjoying this new one.
