Checked out Corey Ledet last night (they played a good set, always enjoy me some cornbread zydeco) and then Coreyah while waiting for the wife to finish her volunteer shift at the cocktail booth.

The lead singer was cute, it was a little poppy for me and I kinda felt like I was in a Godzilla movie but maybe that wux just cuz I was tore up from the floor up by then on double crown and cokes.

It’s an amazing fest. You really don’t have to know the acts or do any research. You’ll hear amazing stuff anyway. If you aren’t digging a stage go to another or wait for the next act: something will hit you. I really enjoy that fest.
