Honestly, and I know this may sound crass, but I could not bring myself to go see them without Brad Delp singing. When the original voice of a band is gone it reminds me of seeing a cover band.

I understand what you mean but I'm going anyway. I you tubed the new guy and he sounds pretty good

Saw them a couple years ago with the new singer. Had a blast. Nobody is Brad delp, but he still sounded good. Started with rock and roll band

Will be there with a group of 6 reliving the 70's. I'm letting my mullet grow out should be perfect by then.....

I usually feel this way too--can't see Styx without Dennis DeYoung, Journey without Steve Perry. However, seeing Boston is worth it because even without Delp's voice, Tom Scholz IS Boston.
