Another new Local Natives single - "Villainy"

Released a couple weeks ago, but haven't seen it posted on here yet.
Really liking the pair of singles they've put out ahead of their new record. Album is called Sunlit Youth and drops Sept. 9.
They're also doing a tour and coming through NOLA in October, for those interested

Not a fan of these two singles. Maybe I've changed...I love Gorilla Manor, but these and their last album just don't do much for me.

"Hummingbird" was hit and miss for a lot of people. I really enjoyed and appreciated it for what it was. It was no doubt a different feel from GM, but that's what they were aiming for, so I'm good with it. The album reflected the mood of the individuals in the group.
I don't know that they'll ever "top" Gorilla Manor, but this new album seems to have a vibe that moves back toward that feel, rather than the Humminbird direction
