It's quite a different experience. I've seen him do accoustic in the blues tent at jazz fest before and saw him at NOLA brewery this past jazzfest.

Ive been listening to the 6-7-14 from city winery a lot. Its the full band acoustic show. Good stuff.

Probably not, first day of school is the next day. The show at avondale brewery has piqued my interest though.

I thought about doing Telluride Blues n Brews (also has the Meter Men on the lineup) but will be on another trip that weekend

That Saturday night was one of the best shows I've seen in a while. Bertha, Skin It Back, and Fire on the Mountain have been constantly played in my car since.

Whatever I downloaded was missing Bertha.

FotM is definitely a highlight. Makes you forget about scarlet for a second.
