No matter what it became, I could never hate MTV. It gave me Headbanger’s Ball which transitioned smoothly to 120 Minutes. Great memories.

By 1994 all that alternative music had become mainstream, I like the earlier 120 minutes with Dave Kendall.

Saw the J&M Chain on that tour, Mazzy Star opened & Hope came out for Sometimes Always. Great show, was borderline deaf for the next three days.
