I'll say I love "Flowers for Charlie."

I've probably rewatched that, and the gang tries desperately to win an award more than any other episode.

Sweet Dee has a heart attack - Charlie's illiteracy makes him read "Pennsylvania" as Pepe Sylvia and "care of HR" as carol from HR

I'm surprised no ones mentioned "The Gang Dance Their Asses Off" yet.
Also it might be interesting to some that "Flowers for Charlie" was written by the Game of Thrones producers/showrunners.

The Implication scene is from "The Gang Buys a Boat" and it is pure comedic genius. How the show, or Glenn Howerton himself, hasn't won an award yet is beyond me.

Mac and Dennis: Manhunters is my favorite.

Surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet. The B plot with Charlie and Dee thinking their cannibals is one of the best

I forgot about the Wade Boggs episode. That would definitely be up there. That whole episode is hilarious.

The Gang Gets Racist? I agree.

But I like the 1st season more than most on here.
