Not a list but after looking at all these lists and not seeing National Lampoon Christmas Vacation is a travesty

Doing my list in my head while reading this. It includes Christmas Vacation.

Pretty Woman
Back to the Future
Empire Strikes Back
Shawshank Redemption
Rocky
Titanic
The Hangover
Trading Places
Christmas Vacation
Oceans Eleven

Honorable Mention
Caddyshack
Top Gun
Dirty Dancing
The Sound of Music
Gone with the Wind
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade
Star Wars (whatever they call the original now)
Jaws

My list weighs heavily to comedy and nostalgia. It's a girly list. While some movies y'all have listed are great (Saving Private Ryan, The Godfather), they are way down on my list and just not the kind of stuff I like seeing.

The Shawshank Redemption
Rocky 2
Papillon
Braveheart
Stand By Me
Unforgiven
Scarface
Cool Hand Luke
Legends of the Fall
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

The Green Mile would be in my Top 5 if not for the "dry sponge" scene and James Cromwell's shitty acting.

Honorable mention: Gladiator, Room, Dumb and Dumber, Carlito's Way, Fargo, Kill Bill Vol.1, Taxi Driver
