Your favorite Don Draper women (spoilers through Season 7, Ep. 8 "Severance")

Obviously my criteria is going to be a little different then most as a chick myself, but I was thinking earlier about the Best of the Best when it comes to Mr. Draper's ladies of the past. My Top 3:
1. Rachel Menken (1st appearance, Season 1, Ep. 1): I'm convinced that she's truly the only woman who could've tied Don down again (legitimately). She was smart, gorgeous, didn't put up with Don's shite for the most part, and unlike a lot of his women didn't really need Don to function in life. Was super heartbroken to find out her fate in this last episode.
2. Dr. Faye Miller (Season 4, Episode 2): Another smart, gorgeous woman that I think Don had a legitimate connection with. Like Rachel, I think he was a better man when he was "with" her and he obviously felt connected enough to her to open up about Dick Whitman. She basically "fixed" him as well as one can "fix" Don Draper. And of course he went and got hitched to Megan instead.
Her only con was her complete inability to connect with Sally Draper.
3. Anna Draper (Season 2, Ep. 12): Was she the prettiest? Nope, not even close. They weren't even romantically linked. But they clearly had an incredible relationship given the circumstances surrounding it and her relationship with him gave us arguably one of my favorite episodes of TV ever in "The Suitcase". And there's something about someone who can unconditionally love a man like Don Draper knowing everything about him.
So what's your Top 3?

My top 2 was the same as yours until that gorgeous chick from the season opening scene showed up last night. Idc that he didn't bang her on screen, In my mind he did and she is perfection
Also I was planning after the season for a huge rank em/tournament of ALL of Don Drapers women. Would be a tough competition

1. Dr. Faye Miller
2. Megan Draper (nee Calvet)
3. Candace the Prostitute (maybe Don's most honest relationship )

I liked Megan cuz IMO she tried her best to make it work.
And then when it was over she didn't feel the need for drama.
And she's effin' hot.

I agree with your list, but shoutout to Allison, who was easily Don's best secretary ever.
I also really miss when Don and Joan were friends. They had a great relationship.

She had plenty of drama, they just kept fighting a losing battle

Agreed. I've really grown to loathe her character in general too.

Damn! Tara died in this one too!

For some reason, I still like her, but I've always been very attracted to bitchy girls. I have to convince myself not to date them. Been succesful so far.
