I can't tell from the show if I think they like each other.

Conan and Andy have nothing but kind words to say about each other. Conan has said that Andy is not only funnier than him, but the funniest person he knows, which is one hell of a compliment. I'd say they're absolutely friends.
If Conan and Andy weren't really friends, then he would have never invited Andy back to the Tonight Show. Conan proved he could do it without Andy, but they clearly like working together.

They probably like each other and enjoy working together. Do they hang out after the show all the time? Probably not. When you're off work, you need to be away from work, and that includes being around other people.

Without a doubt, watch some of the behind the scenes clip or the movie Conan made on his stand up tour when banned from making tv appearances after the TBS deal. They are hilarious together

Maybe not like best buds who hang out every weekend but they clearly respect one another and enjoy working together
