But they got their 6th season. The show has officially run its course. It's time for them to make the movie.

Good, now Dan Harmon can focus on co-writing the best TV show of all time.

Are the later Community episodes from season 6 better than the early ones? I loved the show on NBC, but I found myself unmotivated to keep watching episodes after about the 3rd or 4th one on Yahoo Screen.

There were more misses than hits, for sure. But there were a couple of eps that felt like Old Community. The early episodes didn't have very tight story telling and suffered from being too long. I think they got that figured out as the season went on. They would do a 22 minute episode with a 5 minute tag, basically. Instead of trying to make a 27 minute episode. I actually really enjoyed the finale.

Seasons 1-3 are still good enough for me to consider it either my favorite or second favorite sitcom of all time.

Better than the early ones in S6, yes. Better than the early ones meaning early seasons, not even close. But if you like the show, S5 and S6 were good enough (key words) to quench your Community thirst.

And I agree that they can stop making the show now...time to focus on the movie.

McHale is screwed. Just ended The Soup, now his other show is left on the street.

I think he's in the upcoming X-Files show. But maybe not a huge role in that. I think he'll be fine though.

I read a couple of months back that Dan Harmon had stated that a 7th season wouldn't be happening as several cast members had moved on to other shows and it would be easier to make a movie.

Community has moved into my top 5 all time shows. Season 6 wasn't the best, but it was still good. Man I really hope we get that movie. BTW, I love me some Annie.

Edit: Season 6 is still available.

I don't know if the whole six seasons and a movie is a joke or not, but I just can't imagine a movie working.

I liked the community shows when they would just do "sit-com" type show. I hated the fantasy shows which seem to dominate the later seasons.

I still haven't seen 5 and 6, and I love Community.

Yahoo Screen had a ridiculous user interface. They deserved to die.

I had heard that Iphone users didn't have the ads that Android and Web users had. There's a problem right there.
