This might already be mentioned but the great actress Michelle Wiliams (from Blue Valentine among other movies) played young (pre metamorphosis) Natasha Henstringe in the original Species movie.

I'm sure this one made the list already, but the one that struck me recently was T.J. Miller being Ehrlich from Silicon Valley and Weasel in Deadpool.
Another (and this one will probably get me in trouble with the "they look the same in both roles" police) is Allison Janney, the actress that played CJ Clegg in The West Wing and the mom in Mom.

I've got a good one.
In the movie Friday in the scene where smokey, deebo, and his friend are rolling dice. Red and his dad pull up to get red's bike back. Deebo hands his friend the dice and says"I'll be right back." His friend is Michael Clarke Duncan ( from the movie The Green Mile.) He's only onscreen for a millisecond.
