The first John Wick is a classic "action" flick and I hope the writers and directors don't go overboard (the first one is pretty far out there as it is, but the exaggerations were all action related) with a bunch of crazy crap. If they stay with the over the top action stuff, they'll be fine.

John Wick will probably be three simple action movies. Matrix tried to be something more. I appreciate that about Matrix. The story got wonky but it was still creative. Wick to me has no creativity.
