I've been watching The Good Guys on Netflix and it's pretty good. Not sure why it only got one season.

He was good in Dexter too.

Will he ever hit the big screen and capture his own Forrest Gump or Cast Away role?

The good guys was awesome. I banged the drum hard on this board in a feeble attempt to help save it. That and The Neighbors.

No. But to be fair, almost no one else will be either.

He seems to be going to small screen route. He is on that CBS show "Life in Pieces," assuming it got a second season. (I enjoyed the show at least).

I think he's as good an actor as his dad. He just doesn't have the comedic range. There was a time when his dad was one of the top movie comedians working.

Will Scott Eastwood ever be as good as his dad?

Will James Brolin ever be as good as his son?

Will Emelio Estevez ever be as good as his dad?

No. Colin will never be on Tom's level. He's just a small bit supporting actor with a handful of leading roles in comedies, made for TV movies or series, and independent films.

Can't stand him. The sons, not Hanks.

Currently on same show as Colin Hanks playing Hanks' father. Think they discuss living up to their father/son while filming?

These are just my random opinions..

Emelio and James Brolin are good in their own right.

I don't now enough of Scott's work. I don't care for Colin, but I can admit he is decent.. I just personally don't care for him.. however, I wouldn't put him on their level.

Colin is in an under-rated movie called 11:14 that I enjoyed.

You know who actually is better than his father? Michael Douglas is.

Yes, it's been renewed. Hunter King, (Clementine on LiP, and most famously Summer Newman on Y&R) has just been promoted to series regular as the GF of that dumbass, ginger scarecrow.
