Who liked Jon Lovitz?

I'm watching "Saturday Night Live in the '80's", and I'm remembering how much I really never liked Lovitz. They act like he was the big star on the show at the time, and good god I hated that guy.

Yes! A league of their own, Happiness, Trapped in Paradise, The Wedding Singer and of course The Critic. He sure isn't a leading man but he does great supporting work.

I liked him but he killed NewsRadio. They should have just ended it when Hartman was killed and never had that God awful final season.
