Minor should be no more than 5 episodes. Hell, Uncle Leo was in 15 and Puddy was in 10, with Mickey Abbott being in 7. I'm thinking Jackie Chiles, Tim Whatley, Crazy Joe Davola, Sue Ellen ( the bra-less wonder), Kruger, Poppie, Ping, Sidra, or Keith Hernandez were all great 3-5 episodes.

I would consider Frank Costanza as minor. IMO anyone that isn't a featured character is considered minor. The show is based around Jerry, George, Cramer, and Elaine, everyone else just adds color and their bit to the show

I agree with the anyone outside of the main 4 is a minor character.
Favorite major minor character: Frank Costanza and Puddy are tops.
Favorite minor character: Mickey Abbott and cousin jeffrey
Favorite minor minor character: the Jiffy Park/Dump guy
When Goerge asks him to get his car, and he says "we asks that you bare with us", and then "ideally" I lose it everytime.
