1. Cam - as well as funniest
2. Phil - IRL he is nothing like the character. Go watch an interview that doesn't have to do with Modern Family. He is more like Jay, IRL.
3. Gloria - She has wonderful, um......personality.
I don't think that actor that plays Manny os very talented, but I still laugh at some of Manny's stuff.
Luke is now the worst one on the show since he has his puberty. His schtick doesn't work anymore.
Oh, and, Best sitcom on TV

I don't get all the Lilly hate. I think her one liners are funny.
