We don't have one, never have. People tend to freak out lately when I say that.

Who else is with me?

I mean, I'm a normal person, so of course I have one. Nothing wrong with not having one though. People should freak out about more legit stuff.

The only reason I've ever had a blu ray player is because it's on the ps3

I mean I got one with the ps4 but yea I really don't care if it's blu ray or not I mostly get dvd out the red box unless it's some big blockbuster type with bad arse special fx

One things for sure it did not phase out dvd like some people thought it would

I have a PS4, never used the blu ray player though. I'm pretty much done with physical media.

DVD players have limits on the sound side when playing the better sound type movies, laser dice still maybe better on the sound side, but Blu Ray is the best of both worlds; better picture than the dvd or laser dice and better sound than the dvd.

I started out with the old films in beta, which was better than vhs and moved to vhs on my limited collect of movies. I finally changed over to dvd near the start and blu ray, and now I have near 4000 films on those two formats.

Blu Ray is outstanding and should for those who are building a movie collection.

I don't have one. I'm in the market for one.

I don't really care for the wifi streaming and pre-loaded apps features though.

I would assume it does... that was the big benefit of the PS3 over the 360.
The PS3 is still my only Blu ray player, other than what's on my PCs.

I don't own one. We rarely watch DVDs anymore anyway so what's the point?

I have three different ones.

PS4, Xbox One and a standalone Blu-Ray player.

I use them all multiple times throughout the year and haven't bought a DvD in ages.
