Not a lot of "classics" for me here. Sorz.
Idina Menzel - "Wicked"
Nicole Kidman - "Moulin Rouge"
Kate Winslet - literally anything. She's amazing.
Tatiana Maslany - "Orphan Black"

Betsy Palmer in (the original) Friday the 13th...
Kill her, Mommy! Kill her! Don't let her get away, Mommy! Don't let her live!
Good call on that one
I'd also mention Mimi Rogers in Full Body Massage, for a couple of reasons.

that's pretty effing scary that I'd probably go same direction in 4 of 5 here. but maybe not in that order.
although i love pulp fiction i'd swap that with louise fletcher in cuckoo's nest.
also there's a bunch of classics that i'm leaving out bette davis, dunaway, hepburn, etc. and more recent like streep (who's probably my fave) and dianne keaton in annie hall and the godfather.

Meryl Streep - Deerhunter
It's a small role, but she almost created it out of nothing. Was a very small part in the screenplay and she made the character memorable. Was an amazing performance even if one of her smaller roles.
