Jeeez, its been awhile. I usually remember a film clearly to not have to see it again for about a decade. Ep III RotS maybe?

Jesus.

You don't waste your money on multiple viewings do you?

But when you do, it's for one of the best movies from my childhood.

Really? Come on Swag, I like movies too but I'm not an idiot.

Let me put it this way for you; if your mind isn't fully engaged while watching the flick to remember the plot points and twists that make the movie memorable the first go round watching it, it probably doesn't rate that high on a scale to EVER watch it again. Let alone while its still in theaters. Home video, I can see. I like the extra content and I've also sat through many a commentary. But to watch it again in theaters, why? Is your attention span/memory that short?

Prime example: I STRUGGLED to get through Transformers AoE just the other day. To the point where I almost made a thread on here, but rational hit me that Id be wasting more of my time on something I wish I could get back.

Mind you, I'm not dogging those that do, its just a concept that doesn't make sense to me.

You're better than this, baw.

Just because you remember a movie, that doesn't mean you shouldn't watch it again. There are always little details you miss. And the movie is still beautiful. Do you only listen to good songs once?

Jurassic Park and 300 are the only ones I've seen twice in theater

You're really going to equivocate listening to a 3 minute song that can be accomplished doing something productive like yard work, driving to your destination, working out, doing laundry, whatever etc, to giving up two hours or so for an experience (lets face it, you're just SITTING there) that you already still have fresh in your mind the first two hours you saw it?!?!!?

Yes, I agree, shite that can be captured on film can be amazing and gives you feelings that are beautiful, but got damn man. Living life off of the couch can be too. Give it a try, I promise.

At first, I was trying to explain to correct you that its not arrogance that leads me to my conclusion on this but curiosity. But I realize now you just use words that would sound good in accosting someone, definitions and reasonings be damned. And I'm ok with that. Keep on Swaggin, Copty!

This is a message board about movies and television. You clearly don't belong here.

I watch movies, but very little tv. So you'll just have to put up with it only half the time.

Most people on here appreciate movies, and enjoy watching them more than once. You seem to be a checklist type of guy.

For me, it's probably Revenge of the Sith.

Since the age of the internet bootlegs, I'm sad to say I just watch a crappy quality bootleg online after seeing in theaters once.

I could enter this world almost anytime. Sip a little weed. Drink some bourbon. And let everything unfold.
