What Roles Would Brandon Lee Have Been Good In?

I just saw The Crow for the first time and was blown away by his performance. He had a commanding voice and charisma. What roles do you think he would have been in contention for had he lived?

Pitt did a great job with this anyway but I always though Brandon Lee would have made an awesome Tyler Durden.

Any generic Van Damme or Seagall action movie from the early to mid 90s.

He was a better actor than his pops. Sucks that we lost him.
Interesting thought.
Wouldn't be a bad career trajectory either. Grabbing up Keanu-type roles. And he could have been super flexible. I think he would have been a staple in modern war films - Black Hawk Down, Three Kings, Jarhead, etc.
Probably would have carried the action torch for awhile, and maybe would have kept it burning a little longer after the mid-90s.
I could see him as a statesman role in one of the Superhero Universes too. He would have been tapped for Batman by Shumacher for sure.

If you haven't seen it you might want to watch Rapid Fire he was pretty good in that. It's so mind blowing how he died, just terrible.

such a great concept and movie. i feel like it really could have been a real franchise rather than a "straight to dvd" making machine.
it might be interesting to see further works, maybe comic book form, where you tell the stories from different perspectives. while the crow brings back a different agent of justice, we follow the story through a lead detective or the crime boss that is being hunted. the first movie kind of combined all that. would be cool to see a story told from just one perspective.

The Crow remake may actually finally be happening.
Would've loved to see Jack Huston play Eric, but that's ok.

Not only does the Crow remake appear to be actually moving forward, it appears to be doing so with more speed than we ever expected. The film is looking to begin production this January.

It has been six years since Relativity Media began working on a remake of the Brandon Lee action movie The Crow, in that time the film has gone through at least four directors and even more potential lead actors. Everybody from Mark Wahlberg to Tom Hiddleston has had their name attached to the film and actors like Jack Huston and Luke Evans were actually signed to play the part, until perpetual delays made them unable to do so. Recently, the newest actor signed on for The Crow is Aquaman himself, Jason Momoa.

Was the only thing that wasn't filmed before the death the beginning rape scene?

this wont get made. they went into bankruptcy last year, fought to get out, put out 2 bombs since coming out, and now the founder of the company just put Relativity up for sale.

The article takes that into consideration. It's from about a month ago.

quote:No. The scene in which he plays the guitar on the roof was shot with a double, which is why you only see him from behind.

There are a few others, but that's the one I remember most.

Their decision to sell is new. I'm sure it's going to hault all of their productions.

Good. This movie doesn't need a remake or reboot imo.
LOVE The Crow fwiw. Loved the mood of the film, loved Brandon Lee's acting, loved the soundtrack.

Ernie Hudson was great in it too.
Would he have made a great vampire in an Underworld movie?

I think he would have been better for TV.
Quite a few shows he could have contributed to.
