Wish they'd made more of Cersai stiffing. The Iron Bank. Threw whole of Westeros into economic collapse and showed her real stupidity.

I liked the storyline of Arya following orders and becoming a Faceless one. Wish they had used that and her ability to see through the eyes of a cat.

The actual storyline in Dorne

Aegon, Lady Stoneheart, and Jaime Lannister's book arc.

Dorne getting interesting in book but wasn't far enough along in the arc yet.

But Faegon could make the Dorne storyline really interesting and they have thrown away 100% of that in the show. I'm honestly not sure how they would even bring Dorne back into the show or who would be ruling Dorne now no the show.

I just assume the 6 minutes or so that are cut off at the end of each episode are due to all Dorne scenes being purged and destroyed

Ahh the Lonely Light ruler. He would've led the iron born to a land with no winter. Crazy eyed killah

I really like the character of Jon Connington. The writers really did not do to well at adapting the books, but people who don't read appear to enjoy the show immensely, so whatever, I guess.

Warging, more Dire Wolf action, maybe young Griff (it made Viserys a more complex character-- is he playing a long game for his own power/to help the little folk); Jamie's character arc (thus far) was potentially less realistic (I mean the guy's in love with his sister so its possible he wouldn't shake it as much as he did in the books) but more compelling; Sand Snakes; Sam and the Maesters (seems like it could be going somewhere)

Oh and my boy Strong Belwas- having a pot bellied badass as possibly the best living fighter in the world cracked me up.

Don't miss LSH- hated book Cat for the Jon chapters didn't need an even less compassionate version.

Lem not being a murderous douche.
