Movies or T.V. shows? And what is the reason behind your answer?

Bonus Q:

If you are more of a movie fan, then what T.V. show would you like to see come in a movie version?

If you are more of a T.V. show fan, then what movie would you like to see come in a T.V. show version?

If I can binge the TV show them a good TV show. If I have to wait every week for 6 years on the show then I'd rather a good 2 hour movie and I can go on about my day.

T.V. shows! Why? That great feeling that you got something great to watch, that will give you a nice run, too!

That nice run is the season of usually a series of what in all could very well be providing you real great episodes!

Even if the passion behind the series is just in one season of the seasons, I'm more a T.V. show fan. Some shows fall off when the passion behind it is gone, and that is when I know to move on.

I'd dig The Conjuring to be also put into a T.V. series. I think it could work well as one.

TV bc characters generally are allowed to be far more fleshed out.

Yeah, a good or even great TV show will have some weak moments, but there's time to develop the characters and flesh out the details.

I also think my attention span has changed with old age. I'd rather watch an hour long or half hour show periodically than sit through a 2 and half or three hour movie most of the time.

For some reason, a disappointing TV show doesn't seem like as big a letdown as a disappointing movie.

Agreed. Can you imagine trying to put Breaking Bad, The Wire, Sopranos, etc into a 2 hour movie? They would likely be entertaining but no where near the greatness that was the tv series. I'll take a great series over a great movie any day.
