Better quick & professionally done by someone who cared for her than the fate the other direwolves have met. I'm starting to wonder Nymeria's whole pack thing isn't going to factor into the show? They better not kill Ghost, though.

Yep. But Nymeria is running an ever growing pack of savage wolves ripping through everything.
I really hope they come into play at some point with Arya being back in town

As great as Ramsay being eaten by his own hounds was, it would have been more symbolic if it had been Ghost. That was what I was hoping for when I first heard the growls with Ramsay in the pen.

That's the show. Ghost, Nymeria, Shaggydog, and Summer are all alive and well in the books.
I really wouldn't put it past the show to kill them off for budget.

D&D allegedly claimed there was only enough money to have either Wun Wun or Ghost, but not both...yet they show Drogon all the time!!!

Would be awesome but they haven't referenced her wolf dreams. I think they would have introduced it while she was in Essos if it was going to happen. They've chosen to leave the Starks warg abilities out of the tv series except for Bran.

They don't like foreshadowing unless it's extremely covered up. They left out Ned's fever dreams for the same reason. A detail like that can get lost in a 10000 page book but in a limited episode TV series, every detail is analyzed and would be a huge red flag to what is going to happen
She's running around the river lands next season, I would be she sees Nymeria at some point. Probably will save her arse against someone

Well they use an actual wolf (part of an endangered species in Canada) to portray Ghost. That's why he's not featured so much. They obviously use some CGI on him but the main reason is that it's a huge hassle to transport an endangered wolf across the ocean. Some of his scenes are shot in Canada.

I was hoping for it but I doubt it due to cost. Was definitely watching when Jamie was laying siege to Riverrun(Blackfish) if one of his men was going to tell him about a packs of wolves that were attacking the Freys. Jamie then considered if it was the young Stark's girls direwolf leading the pack, then wondered if Arya was still alive.
