The splitting up or wandering off alone in horrors?
Walking away from explosion is slow motion?
The complete idiocy of "pot" smokers who lose their mind when they toke up?

However, my biggest frustration is that every actor that carries a gun must chamber a shell, even after firing a semi-automatic weapon.

Antagonist has the protagonist captured or cornered but leaves an inept underling to watch or kill them.

"Good guy" can beat up 5 young, trained fighters fairly easily......get to the "boss" bad guy (who is older and has the aforementioned toughs to fight for him for years)...good guy takes a thorough beating trying to win that fight.

Same thing in reverse with guns: Bad guy is an expert marksman...never misses. Aiming at the good guy? Can't hit him with an automatic weapon from 20 feet in a hallway

No one eats or finishes their meals.
Anyone who falls from a building will always land on a car.

That's more or less what i was driving at. Guy taps buttons on phone, and a split second later he is leaving a message.

I'm always amused that when a group of bad guys is fighting the good guy, they're considerate enough to always attack one at the time.

Every time a shotgun is brandished, someone cocks it and a shell is never expelled.

I guess they're never ready to go.

SNL did a skit about this back in the early 90's. Possibly one of the best ones of all time. Phil Hartman gives his group of ninjas a peptalk after they get beat up by one guy.

Ninja Leader: Okay, guys, pointing fingers won't solve anything. Now, if we want to get out of this rut.. we have to learn from these little disasters. Now, before the fight, how did we all agree we should attack the guy?

Group: All together!

Ninja Leader: And how did we attack?

Group: One at a time..

Another cliché: Bad Southern Accents

The 110 lb. female protagonist that can beat the shite out of a 200 lb. male.

The wise gay. This is actually from a Patton Oswalt bit, but it's true. Every rom com has some wise gay guy. Just once, i want to see the gay friend be dumb as shite. Gays are stupid too.

Superheroes are never shot in the face, yet that's the glaring weakness to 99% of their costumes.
