The 1968 film is still my favorite, but I really really liked Rise of the Planet of the Apes, and I LOVED Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. Stoked as hell for this film!
The 1968 film's sequels are a hit and miss. Not a huge fan of the Tim Burton film, but I loved the makeup, costume, and set design though.
