But then again, they have been tight lipped about everything else. Why say this "won’t happen"? They just might have Rick loose his hand after all.

There was a big black guy that was the governor's right hand in the comics I believe. So that is probably him.

Still waiting for the magical negro to come back, but I'd guess that will be season 4 when they are on the road to DC.

Yeah, Darryl is basically filling all the same roles as Tyrese for the most part, I don't see them adding him unfortunately.

I'm thinking they lead up to it like Merle is about to chop off ricks hand as revenge but he gets saved. That way comic readers will think its about to happen but the get surprised it doesn't.
