VUDU or Amazon?

Does anyone use either of them? I am just now getting around to using them (just upgraded my tv).
Either of them better than the other? Why ?
I've used VUDU a couple times so far. Scanned through Amazon also but found my way back to VUDU

Amazon instant comes for free with Amazon prime and Amazon prime also has a Spotify like app, a library app, and free shipping on everything from Amazon.
