Is anyone still watching this train wreck? I can't help but watch, because it's like watching a slow child play in the mud outside.

Although I tune in every week, I am convinced that it's the worst show I've ever watched, and at the least, it's the worst show on tv right now.

Any other people stuck on this train going off a cliff?

Watched S1 & S2. S1 was good because of the premise. S2 was ok but I started to lose interest early on but finished. S3 has been complete garbage. Wife and I attempted to watch the first 3 episodes of S3 and couldn't do it. I have deleted it off my DVR and am not sad about it. frick that show.

This.

S3 is nearly unbearably bad, but I do have a high tolerance and sometimes an interest in stuff that's so bad.

I'm kind of scared to read the book, which I would hope is way better.

The book was good. Totally different from the show starting at episode 1 of season 1 haha. Plus there is an ending, albeit weird, as opposed to the show which just keeps dragging on.

I liked the book. The ending is strange but it was an enjoyable read. Never could get into the show

The first season had potential but then they came back with the second season which was terrible with no end in sight. How it made it to a third season is mind blowing, I don't even know how you end the damn thing now.

The actress who plays Julia makes me laugh every time she does a dramatic scene.

I finally took it off my DVR a couple weeks ago and don't miss it. The show was a pleasant surprise in season 1 and then just started shitting the bed really fast from there. This season got unbearably bad and with a DVR that is nearly full, I wanted to spend the little tv time I have watching things I enjoyed, not just felt obligated to watch.

I'm in the Freauxzen camp. I'm going to ride this train all the way off the cliff and into the ground.

The episode last night was so bad I spent more time laughing at the idiocy than caring about what happens under the dome.

Under the Dome is a great series for my series that got terrible, but you still watched thread.

I don't know which is worse, the acting or the writing. Yet, I watch every week.

Joe and Norrie are the best at being the worst. Last night was the best for me when Big Jim was describing how the whole town needed Joe to find a way out of the Dome like he's some fricking wunderkind. He's easily one of the dumbest characters they have. I keep hoping the dome kills him for my sanity.

I also love how they constantly lead off the episode with how long they've been under the dome. Like I'm really supposed to believe ALL THIS shite could happen in four weeks. I think the writers trolled us beautifully last night when (possessed) Barbie tells Julia how stupid she is for loving him when he killed her husband four weeks ago.

I'm telling you, the writers know exactly what they are doing.

Also the worst book I've ever read. Got about 200 pages in when I decided it was just unbearable.

Under the Dome has the benefit of having no real competition on at this time of year.

The first season somewhat followed the book. The 2nd season began skewing away and by the end of that season we were in No Man's Land. This season has zero fricking resemblance to the book.

That said, I binge watched S3 up to (but not including) last night's episode. I literally had nothing better to do and doing nothing was only slightly worse than watching multiple episodes.

And yeah, frick Joe. Only in a show this bad will you see so much being made out of finding food then have a character who sets game traps RELEASE THE frickING FOOD THEN GET PISSED WHEN SOMEONE KILLED IT!

And that's not even getting into the juvenile "our humanity is our emotions" meme from this whole crazy cocoon storyline. My dog has emotions so I guess she's human now?
