I like the live episode deal.

Undateable has been renewed by NBC for Season 3, which is pretty notable for a couple of reasons. First off, this is the first NBC comedy to make it to a third season since Community - which obviously reflects on just how much trouble the network has had in this regard in recent years. And more importantly, when the show returns, it will do so with a season comprised entirely of live episodes.
The comedy, executive produced by Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence, just aired a well received live episode this past week. Apparently, the producers, cast -- which includes several standup comics -- and the network were happy with the results, as the show will become only the second sitcom since the 1950s (when several were produced that way) to do weekly live episodes - the other being Roc in the 1990s.
Also renewed by NBC late Friday was The Mysteries of Laura, the Debra Messing series that debuted to solid numbers last fall. While those ratings didn't hold up as the season continued, the network apparently were still happy enough to move forward with Laura. Mysteries of Laura comes from the very busy Greg Berlanti, whose other new series include NBC's Blindspot, CBS's Supergirl and CW's Legends of Tomorrow, on top of the returning Arrow and the Flash.

The live show was great this week. It will be real interesting to see a full season of live shows. I think this cast can pull it off though.

So pumped. The live show they did last week was hilarious.

So it was like live this week? Were there any mistakes? I'm assuming they had it in a slight tape delay, huh?

A couple people stumbled over some lines, but it was pretty good otherwise.

I need to watch the west coast version. Read it was better than the east coast version.
