Honestly, I don't think I've seen any of these, save Freaks and Geeks (which, of course, was awesome). Any other one hit TV wonders you can thinks of? Things that should have never been canceled?

I fricking loved eerie indiana when I was a kid. I don't remember much but I remember I loved it 
only episode I remember is one where people don't get old cause they sleep in giant Tupperware dishes.

There were at least 2 seasons of that...so can't really be a one hit wonder.
But I loved the show. The last episode was awesome and the cliffhanger will never be finished. UGH.
