Toonami To Show DBZ Marathon This Weekend

As far as it seems, it’s DBZ Kai and unsure of toonami will continue this run into the next weekends or it’s just a one off thing

It's all on Hulu now FYI.
I've looked everywhere and could never find the original Toonami DBZ stuff I grew up watching. It's like its been erased from existence and replaced with Kai.

You mean the original ocean dub? Didn’t realize that was scrubbed. I do seem to remember funimation going back and redubbing those earlier episodes and putting the later dbz shitty music on it

I tried to watch clips of the ocean dub and it ain’t doin it for me. Funi Dub or nothing

Yeah those were the ones I would always watch until recoome got beat and then the next day without warning it would always go back to episode 1 until funimation got ahold of the rights

From what I've read, the biggest difference between what they used to air on Cartoon Network vs Kai is how sped up the action is. The original show in the 90s would go soooooo slow during some parts. I think the whole Namek Saga took like twice as long to run.
