Tim Burton and jonny depp

Is jonny depp sitting in Tins lap or vice versa?
Also I'm am not a director and although depp fits his parts... As a director I don't think I would want to be known for having the same actor in 7 of my movies (not including whatever else they make together)
Is depp relying on Burton or burton relying on depp to make their carreers?
I understand there making bank and all but am I the only one who thinks it's wired?

Tim Burton is in a relationship with Helena Bonham Carter and has been for a while. She's been in tons of his movies too. He just really likes working with the same people, I guess.

The formula has worked. And for most of those movies, I don't know that anyone could have pulled off those characters better than Depp.

I don't know if it's either, but if I had to choose one, I'd say Burton relies on Depp. Depp would still be one of the best actors of our generation with or without Burton.
Burton I'm sure would still be very successful without Depp, but I had to pick one, lol.

This is far from the first time this has happened. For example, Scorsese always seems to have a go-to-guy. De Niro starred in Raging Bull, Casino, Goodfellas, and Taxi Driver. Now it's DeCaprio who's been in Gangs of New York, The Aviator, The Departed, and now Shutter Island.

Yeah o was drunk last night after a few glasses of scotch at j alexanders and waiting in line with my girl, I guess I was just a little aggravated by all the anoying kids and I just found out they did 7movies... It's cool people hook their friends up in buisiness all the time
