Thoughts on Marcus Lemonis? The Profit and The Partner

I'm a huge fan of Shark Tank and The Profit is similar. I know a lot of people have great disdain for Marcus because he's a "my way or the highway" type of guy. I actually like him. He is scooping up little businesses of all types and connecting them in different ways to basically make all of them thrive. It's pretty neat.
His show The Partner just wrapped up. I won't post the winner here in case someone hasn't seen it. I really liked the show and am excited to see how he and his partner work together on the next season of The Profit.
What is the general consensus here on Marcus Lemonis and his shows?

His process seems simple. Lets see where your business is failing and where it is making the most money and focus on the area that is making money. Boom. Profit

Love The Profit. Favorite "reality" show.

I agree. Big fan of the profit but couldn't get into the partner for some reason.
