The Walking Dead S5:E1 "No Sanctuary"

I love this show! I started binging watching it a couple weeks ago and I got to this episode last night. Yes I know this show is about zombies and nothing in it is realistic, but how does the entire group escape Terminus with 200 Walkers and 50 heavily armed people shooting at them get away without anyone getting hurt? It doesn't seem possible. Someone should have been caught by the Walkers or at least shot in the leg or something.

I love the show and have watched since day one, but one gripe I've always had is that there rarely seems to be any sort of dire consequences for the main group. Sure, maybe someone gets hurt or dies once in a (very long) while, but for the most part, everyone is unscathed.
It's a pretty great show though, and I've always enjoyed it. And it's actually managed to get better the last couple of seasons, which is impressive.
